With 40 yrs experience, San Marco has been designing wedding cakes and birthday cakes. From modern to classic our team is sure to make your event exquisite we use only the highest quality all natural ingredients available. All of our creams and cakes are made from scratch .We avoid using artificial ingredients, preservatives or fillers. We support sustainable agriculture and local farmers and we use vegetarian fed eggs. We use only real 65% Belgian chocolate.

In the past 6 years we have developed special dietary needs cakes. We make dairy free – organic vegan, and gluten free, using unrefined sugar and unbleached flour.
